TDK/Headway MRAM R&D group is disbanded

TDK/Headway MRAM R&D group is disbanded after TSMC acquires NVM IP: Technical leader, Luc Thomas, lands on his feet @ AMAT further bolstering AMAT's STT/SOT MRAM development efforts under Mahendra Pakala's direction. The status of former MagIC magnetic pilot-line is TBD. FYI - I began working with Headway/MagIC team in 2005 prior to the build-out of the MagIC fab.
